Open Air — billing/CRM system for an ISP
We developed a comprehensive billing/CRM system for Internet services provider Air Bites (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swisscom CEE).
The system - developed entirely as a web application - is at the core of company's operations. Features include billing, provisioning of Internet access and VoIP services, workflow via tickets, invoicing and tracking customer accounts, bank integration for automatic payment processing, accounting integration, business reporting.
Project took 2 years of work, first release was one month into the project, then functionality was updated on the production server at the end of every iteration - through 2007 that meant every other week.
Invitation to Tuscany — Payment integration
The goal of this project was enabling the agency's clients to pay for their rentals via credit card. While doing that we did lay foundations for the new system to replace the legacy app used by the agency as well as enable clients to see their bookings in their on-line profile.
The project was completed in 3 sprints.
Banana Scrum - an agile project management tool
Banana Scrum is our Ruby-on-Rails, fully web based Scrum project management tool. It supports multiple projects & users, features in-place editing, drag and drop backlog sorting and interactive burndown charts. This is what we use for our own projects, this is also what you can use for yours!

Sprinters Search - a meta search engine
Sprinters Search was born out of frustration with the current search engines. They usually return a heap of web pages while frequently what the user wants is not a list of pages but rather quickly learn what his search term means. There is enough data on the Internet to be able to respond with a succinct definition that would be correct in 80% of cases.
This project is a research project of Code Sprinters, it's currently possible to see our fully-functional proof of concept (beta), developed in Ruby on Rails.
Case Load
Case Load is an application created for lawyers. It aims at helping them in their everyday work. User can manage their cases, matters and clients. Application also has embeded calendar with many views.
The project was completed in 6 sprints.
IO - web applications in unusual role
For IO srl - an Italian company creating innovative interactive spaces - we developed applications that allow remote management of their unique multimedia devices. Projects included development in Ruby with Rails framework and Python - all in an environment that is unusual for this kind of applications and included integration with C++ apps through special APIs.
