Sprinters Search beta unveiled
You can now check out the result of our research project to build a meta search engine called "Sprinters Search". This project was born out of frustration with the current search engines that return a heap of pages, while frequently what the user wants is to learn what a word or a name or a phrase he picked up somewhere means. Developed fully in Ruby on Rails this project allows us to show what we are best at: implementing complex logic beneath a simple interface.
Keep in mind this is a beta release - even so the results are still good for the computing power we have at our disposal to deliver them.
