Banana Scrum is a Web-based tool for teams that use agile development methods, primarily Scrum. It is meant to replace project walls, index cards and other paper-based things that are good, but not great. Because Banana Scrum is digital and networked your team can work as if it was sitting together even if it is not. It also keeps track of everything so you have always lots of historical information about your projects and sprints.

  • timeline view showing your whole project at a glance - tailored for product owners,
  • impediment list to highlight and comment challenges that appear during the sprint,
  • file attachments you can attach files to each user story on the backlog,
  • extended formatting that makes your items descriptions even more expressive,
  • tags management which allows you to add new tags and mark your tasks,
  • CSV export to export your backlog items and tasks to a CSV file to store them off-site or process,
  • CSV import to import your user stories with assigned tasks quickly into backlog,
  • burndown chart that provides a visual feedback of your sprint progress,
  • burnup chart which is another way of tracking your team's progress,
  • workload chart shows how much work each particular user in your team has left,
  • print product or sprint backlog to take it where there is no network,
  • admin panel with options for user and project management,
  • different roles including Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team Member,

  • separate accounts with multiple projects and users,
